The Caged Straight fins Centralizer is made in several lengths as desired by the customer. These have special sizes rolled Alloy Steels bars welded to the one piece rolled formed End Collar under required temperature and condition with extra low Hydrogen coated Electrodes, which assured ultimate strength and uniformity in every weld. Steel construction provides superior toughness over other materials. Its Insured positive standoff, Maximum flow, Maximum well bore Stabilization, Maximum holding strength, decreased drag. Centralizers are provided for direct installation on pipe by slipping on and with or without SetScrew for elimination of Stop collar. They are shipped in assembled condition only. All Centralizers are stove painted or coated with polyester powder. They are available in all sizes ranging from 3 ½” to 13 3/8” for any hole combination.
