Cement Basket (SH15)

SledgeHammer Cement basket is an effective aid in retaining and supporting the cement column where weak formation and stage cementing is encountered. These cement basket Fins are made of High strength spring steel which allow high strength and flexibility to support long columns of cement during primary cementing operation. All fins are in over-lapping pattern that allow for maximum fluid passage from below while allowing for retention of the above fluid through the entire operating range of the cement basket. These baskets should be installed over a stop collar. They are shipped in assembled condition only. These Cement baskets undergo a special Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust then coated with special Polyester Powder they are available in all sizes ranging from 4 ½” to 30”.
