SledgeHammer’s Slip on SetScrew Stop Collar is single piece Collar. The gripping force is applied by one row of setscrew. It used where high axial loads are expected it tighten the collar to the casing firmly. They slid on the casing pipe without any trouble. It’s easy to install. These are most effective where low annular clearance is encountered. These Stop Collars undergo a special Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust then coated with special Polyester Powder they are available in all sizes ranging from 4 ½ “ to 20 ”.
They are available in five designs.

• Standard- The out side ends of the collar just chamfered to remove sharp edges and the gripping screw are placed on 1/3 part of the collar. They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 7/8”” to 20”.

• Single Side Beveled- the out side end of these Collar are beveled from one side which helps to hold the Centralizer and avoid the ends to hit the bows when Centralizers are placed over them. They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 7/8”” to 20”.

• Double Side Beveled-The both out side end of these Collar are beveled from one side which helps to hold the Centralizer and avoid the ends to hit the bows when Centralizers are placed over them. They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 7/8”” to 20”.

• Heavy Duty Stop Collar- this is one piece Die formed Collar with extra thickness, extra long size. Specially recommended for Dolfin Brand Solid Centralizers, these Stop Collar have greater gripping force because of bigger Grub Screw. It has holding force more than 3 times to other slip on setscrew stop collars. The out side ends of the collar just chamfered to remove sharp edges and the double gripping screws are placed on mid of the collar. . They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 7/8”” to 20”.

• Aluminum Slip On Set Screw Stop Collar- This is one piece Aluminum Casted Collar with extra wall thickness, specially recommended for Dolfin Brand Solid Aluminum and Zinc Centralizers. The out side end of these Collar are beveled from one side which helps to hold the Centralizer and avoid the ends to hit the bows when Centralizers are placed over them. They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 7/8”” to 20”.

•  Stainless Steel Slip on Standard Stop Collar- this is one piece, Stainless Steel Casted Collar with extra wall thickness, specially recommended for Dolfin brand Solid Stainless Steel Centralizers. The outside ends of the collars just chamfered to remove sharp edges and the gripping screw placed in mid of the collar. They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 7/8”” to 20”.

• Ductile Iron Slip on Set Screw Stop Collar. This is one piece Ductile Iron Casted Collar with extra wall thickness on Screw portion , specially recommended for Dolfin Brand Solid Zinc Centralizers. The out side end of these Collar are beveled from both side which helps to hold the Centralizer and avoid the ends to hit the bows when Centralizers are placed over them. They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 7/8”” to 20”.
