tested and inspected at most modern machines and testing
equipment and are manufactured with Rigid
Quality Control.Quality Management Systems completely
follows API 10D Specification Q1 and
ISO 9001-2000. These Centralizers are designed
to have a very low starting and Running Force while giving substantial
Restoring Force.
Quality check starts
from point of Raw material purchase, material used
are as per required specification, proper
chemical composition and proper sizes,Formation of
Bow Spring carried out heat treatment of Alloy Steel.
Spring action controlled through Automated Heat Treatment
Furnace under controlled temperature and
for welding, The low Hydrogen Welding Rods are always
used for crack free welding. Rigid Procedures
are followed for Measurement and other test to meet
the quality and Production to match the requirement
